Personal statement:
"I joined the Aiken County Tea Party because I fear for my family and my country. It really angers me that 50 years after shedding my blood in a faraway place I am driven to defend America once more. I think I was better suited at 19 years of age. The destroyers today enrage me even more than the enemy with guns. The enemy we face today is one who craves power and wealth at the expense of freedom and opportunity."
